Ilene Schaffer has created an innovative way to blend mindfulness practice and the outdoors with her “Mindful Stepping” deck so you can “Take Your Thoughts for a Walk”.¬†Each deck contains 30 Positive Psychology inspired activities designed to shift your mind and perspective one step at a time.
